This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. In short: we only use your details to run the shop and keep in touch with you, and we never sell them.

What you give us

When you join our list, send us a message, we keep the details you type in: your name, email, phone number, your message. We use them to reply to you and, if you asked to hear from us, to tell you about events and new arrivals. You can ask us to stop at any time.

How the site is used

To understand which pages are useful, the site records visits on our own server: the pages viewed, how long, how far down the page, the kind of device, and the site that sent you here. Your IP address is never stored; it’s turned into a scrambled code that can’t be reversed. We don’t use advertising trackers or sell this data.

Your browser keeps a few small notes for this site: that you confirmed you’re 21 or older, whether you’ve seen the welcome message. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Who sees it

Only the Broadway Cigar Co. team. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which stores the data on our behalf. Maps on the Visit page are provided by Google.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be taken off our list, email jason@broadwaycigar.com or call either shop.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect details from anyone younger.
